Hi,

I'm looking for an establishment in Galway(hotel, B&B, restaurant, community centre,) where I can hire their kitchen for a few hours one day per week.

I need it to cook food for resale at a farmers market. The Food Standars Authority of Ireland insists that the food be cooked in a HSE approved kitchen or in an approved catering trailer. I cannoty afford afford a trailer right now so my only option is to use a commercial kitchen.
