What adhesive to use?

PC in work broke. The the motherboards chipset heatsink fell off, a clamp which holds it down came loose. I reattached the clamp, applied AS5 and reaffixed the heatsink. It lasted about two weeks before it fell off again and now the clamp won't stay in place. I need some sort of adhesive to stick it down permanently. One that's none conducting and won't damage the motherboard. Anyone got any recommendations?

most adhesives won't conduct electricity, few conduct heat well

epoxy works well at heat and good for joining plastic araldite
power putty is good too and will fill in gaps ,
not sure if the metalweld stuff contains metal flakes

both are two part and if you don't mix extremely well will be very weak

did you break the catch for the clamp / what are you trying to glue it to ?

in ancient times I've seen heatsinks superglued to the the cpu

The clamp has two pins which fit into two small holes on the motherboard and it just came loose from the holes, but nothing physically broke from what I can tell. The first time it happened I just plugged the clamp back in and it held, but now it comes straight out again.
