Have a Tom Tom One V 2 that has served me well. Somewhere around 2-3 years old. Bought it from Amazon.
However, had a small drop from a table to a floor of a mobile home.
At first it kept indicating the SD card was not loading correctly.
Followed all the details on the Tom Tom site re resetting.
It now loads the SD card, but sticks on the log on screen.
Have reset the unit about 5 times, same issue arising.
Also tried ringing Tom Tom, but cannot get them to answer their phones.
Any idea's on if it can be repaired? And if so, where to bring it into?

Have you connected it to TomTom Home and tried an update , this cam sometimes get past the startup hang .

Thanks for the tip - however, still will not work.
However, for some strange reason the Tom Tom can now connect to the PC, which it did not previously.
But when you disconnect from the pc, the unit remains powered on, and hanging. And even when you reset, it still remains powered on until the unit powers down. You cannot not reconnect to the pc until it fully powers down.
Did the full reinstall. Still not working. Still hangs. Very frustrating!
Anyone know where to get these repaired?
