Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

has the product key being used before ?

product giving to you "USED" ?

well sorry but theres not really much you can do there

    BUT

if it is new and legit then microsoft should be able to sort you out

Don't forget that unless it's the student / home edition it can only be installed on ONE computer

and it must be the same CD - you need the professional cd to use the profesional number

If you have a valid license you can call the number on the license screen or if not then try the trial version or www.openoffice.org

also check num lock is on - if in doubt use the numbers on the top of the keyboard ;)
