    Hi

We've got 5 positions for graduate software developers coming up. They're based in Donegal. This is a new project using all the latest technologies including Java, .NET, silverlight, ESB, windows / linux so they're open to a mix of skills.

If you're interested send your C.V. to jimmycrackcorm at gmail dot com.

    J.

To ensure that this doesn't get deleted my a mod tomorrow, could you provide some info on the job?

    -location: Donegal
    -job spec
-any renumeration package (even if its just reference)
-qualifications (or experience) prefered: Java, .NET, silverlight, ESB, windows / linux

As these are graduate positions experience isn't particularly relevant; We'll be looking for people who can demonstrate in an interview that they are technically strong. We've no preference in any of the technologies as we'll be using them all and will slot people in as appropriate. We've got a very strong cross-training programme so really the focus is on looking at teamwork aspects and technical achievements as well as the usual development methodology being followed.

The job spec isn't done yet, it'll probably be at least a week or so and I'll post up the company URL once it is ready. We're looking locally but I'm spreading the net wider here to see if we can tempt people up to the north-west.

The theory is we catch them before they develop the usual bad habits.

Cool, I wouldn't mind moving back to the north west myself. As I'm working for a systems integration consultancy in Dublin, but I'm from Sligo. I have a couple of years experience though. If you happen to have anything that would be the next step up the career ladder please let me know. Thanks a million.

Does your company use Agile(Scrum/XP) or some form waterfall out of interest.

I'm not sure yet what other levels will be available. It's Agile/Scrum.

Are you just interested in graduates or would you be interested in experienced developers as well?

Just to qualify that slightly - someone with one or two years experience would also be suitable.
