I didn't watch the second vid yet but I'd take top 8 at EVO over Megan Fox.

Also you have no idea if this real or in jest so you have may have no idea what you're talking. Those guys could well have gone to a bar afterwards and watched the video while having a beer and a larf.

Like Ragna's 22C on a downed enemy, it's a command pickup which gives a frame advantage. By turning on a dip switch (2-4 apparently), the player can perform a character's disabled moves (by inputting Down, Up+A or .
My personal fav. is Takuma's which seems to be an alternate ver. of his running grab (Shoran-kyaku) I guess they didn't use it because Takuma would have to hold the opponent's head for the kicks to hit their chest and getting the sprites to mesh that way was difficult.
Other honorable mentions include John's SHINING FINGER! and Mr. Big's bald head haduken.
