Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi
Strange , we have Windows Vista home premium , Internet "stopped" working , IE and FireFox ... AVG couldn-t update either .... but google talk works... so im thinking it's some kind of port hijacking malware ?

I restored the PC to a setting from 1 month or so ago, Internet is back .. as im writing this ... but AVG still won-t update ...

also maybe unrelated but youtube videos won-t play ? and it-s not a lack of flash player...

    Now my question .
    1) is there a "hijacker" detector i can download ? / AVG doesn-t find anything - maybe cos i can-t update it..
    2) what about precautions for future "attacks" -

    Thanks for any help .

    hi

    Download Rooter.exe to your desktop
    • Then doubleclick it to start the tool
    • A Notepad file containing the report will open, also found at %systemdrive%\Rooter.txt. Post that here

Can you give more info about what this Rooter.exe file actually is?
