Transfer SMS from phone to phone

Hi everyone, jst a quick question. Is there any application out there that can transfer SMS/MMS from, lets say, a Sony Ericsson phone to a Nokia S40/S60 phone, a Samsung phone etc etc? I've searched the net and can't find anything.
