    Hi just wondering if you guys run support 24/7 or is it monday to friday, I logged a simple "enable qmail" call a few hours ago and it's still open.

    Neat hosting package by the way, very impressed so far

    We have support staff working 7 days a week, though the hours on Saturdays and Sundays are reduced (there isn't enough demand to warrant longer hours at present)

    In any case someone will deal with that shortly (or I'll do it myself :) )
