Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Seeing that theirs a fair few 'holiday homes' on the market, and as completly new to this, we were thinking of buying a secondhand Mobilehome directly from the owners on an established site in Clogherhead, Co Louth. We understand about annual fees, insurance.

Has anyone any advice ot tips on what to look for?

Tenancy rights - what would happen if the site owners were to sell up down the road, etc

What to look out for in a secondhand mobile

Basically any sound advice would be appreciated
