I am pretty sure mine is ok but will update AV later and run a full scan.

Is there a way for users to know which webspaces are infected ? ie if their own webspace is one of those which has been infected are Blacknight informing users directly where this is noticed on the server side ?

I'd recommend you talk to our technical support team. What we've been trying to do across the board is encourage users to update their antivirus and scan their pcs, because there's no point in us doing anything on our end if the end user pc is still infected ie. it will simply reinfect the website
