Sealing a suspended timber ground floor

Has anyone got any recommendations on the best way to seal a suspended timber ground floor for a client. I would have thought that a layer of visqueen turned up at the outer walls along with ply/osb joints sealed when re-laying. Any tips would be appreciated

If the floors are to be taken up regardless of the BER, then it would be adviseable in the extreme to take the opportunity to insulate between the joists with Kingspan or rafterlock sat on chicken wire stapled between the joists, 1000 gauge polythene lapped up the wall behind skirts and 18mm ply decking before finished floor. Then calculate all the elements that make up the floor bearing in mind to account for the timber fraction of joist.
If this is a measure only to improve the U value of the floors it is a hugely expensive undertaking for miniscule return.
