Binary Watch repair

Recently bought a binary watch off a chap on adverts. Failed to tell me that the 16 and 1 bulds were gone. Have asked him where it was bought but ignoring my PMs but anyway, does anyone know where I can get it repaired ?? Have tried a few watch shops in town but no luck yet, have all told me to go back to shop bought in,…
