Stay with eircom?

I'm moving to ballina .Co.Tipperary on the 22nd and there is dsl available as there's been a bt phoneline in the house. I was already with eircom in another area and was going to stay with them as that whats I'm used to. However reading about the problems they are having lately has left me wondering would I be better off…
