Immersion tank tripping RCD

    Hi All
    OK my immersion tank tripped the RCd in my house. After switin from sink to bath it did not trip until it was on for a while and heatd up.
    Could this be a problem with the thermostat?
    There is no reset switch on the thermostat so if i replace would this cure the issue?

    It looks an immersion heating element is gone, it need to be replaced. The thermostat is ok. It gonna cost you 80-140euro to fix that.;)
