Camera light stays on n95 8g

    Hi, has anyone had this problem. The camera light on my N95 8g stays on.
    I tried turning it on and off... removed the battery etc. On fitting the battery back in the light comes on before the phone is powered on. :rolleyes:

    Any ideas.

    I’m checking to see if it is still under warranty.

    Try upgrading the firmware and if that doesn't work, send it in for repair.

    Is it the focusing light (little red one) ? My N82 is in for the same thing.

    That might work too. The code is *#7780# but it'll erase everything on your phone.


    Another way that's even more low level is to turn the phone off then while it's turning on press the *, 3 and green buttons at the same time. This will erase everything too

    So just back up the phone if your going to do any of the above!
