Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I am really keen to get the best out of my new camera. I've bought the idiots guide etc but I'd like to do a course.....

I saw that you can get a Nikon training course if you buy a new camera in Ireland. Unfortunately, I bought my D60 on-line so I dont have the voucher but any thoughts on an alternative course available in Dublin?

    Many thanks,

Rather than doing just a course you could look at joining a Camera Club. There are quite a few around the Dublin area to choose from. Other members who have the same sort of gear are normally willing to assist those who are new.

I am in Dublin Camera Club, as are quite a few others here. You would be welcome to come along as a visitor.

Try the institute of photography - formerly digital beginners.
