I think I'll actually just do an all-nighter and start watching House from the start of Season 1.

Why is it I always agree with everything you post?

    You sir are a legend.

At least House is a good distraction. Unless you're going for medicine.. :pac:

Seriously though, if you are staying up all night like mad people (:P) I do recommend watching something like House/CSI or anything crime-scene-y, you *will* get completely sucked in and before you know it, it's whatthef*ck SUDDENLY 8am!

^Is that the "righteous killer" guy? Watched it once, seemed a bit torture-pornish for my liking.

However, I cannot find House Season 1 online anywhere, so Dexter it is.

Any one else agree with me in saying that you should be the first one to see your results? I hate the way the principal n the teachers will be just there staring at you:rolleyes:

Yeah. Hes a serial killer but has a code which he won't break. So basically kills people who he considers deserves it.

    Tis great :pac:

Best show i've seen since band of brothers.
Another one for you if your into the war films and what not

End of an era tomorrow when that envelope is ripped open and the results analysed.

Been an eventful 2 years but two i'll never forget.

Would be great to cap it all off with the results i want

    To Good Health and Success!!!:D

^ This is the right attitude to have. The rest of you should all pay close attention to it. :)

    Now the serious bit:
MOD NOTE: I've delted a few posts in relation to fake ID's, underage drinking and people asking "where to get served"
As much as you may hate it, it is illegal to be served alcohol under the age of 18 and Boards.ie cannot allow any discussion which could encourage or lead to someone underage breaking the law.

Why does the school feel the need to interupt my sleep by giving the results out so early. A later more reasonable time would be best for all concerned I think

Sorry but we have to set a certain precedent here. Discussion that can facilitate underage drinking is not tolerated anywhere on this site; the legal implicaations of allowing such discussion would be an unnecessary headache for the Admins.

I can symphathise with you though; I was only 17 when I got my LC results too. At the time it sucked, but you'll get over it once you're 18 and you can go out whenever you feel like it. :)

Ah no, we're not always right. Just the vast majority of the time. ;)

Oh what id give to be 18 again.

Time flashes before your eyes and before you know it you've hit the big 19

My girlfriend just text me telling me that she's getting her results at 7am, how very unfair.

It's something about her being registered as an external candidate, so they're being posted to her that day, but she knows the person in the Post Office, so they're just going to give them to her at opening time...

What's the plan for the envelope opening?

IS the general consensus a quick rip, a novena while peeling it open or just a rebelious tear?

    I'd like to know.
