    I'm in the mood for a new log to kick start my arse into exercise mode!

    I fecked up my back, a good few times, first at Christmas, but I didn't listen to it and now I can't go heavy on squats or deads without feeling like Arnie is trying to rip me apart!

    So there's very little exercises I can do at the moment but I'm gonna do what I can at least... after 3 months of not lifting at all.

    Today felt good lifting weights again. I'm determined to become a bench and curls exclusive VIP.

    Bench

    30kg x 10
    50kg x 8
    60kg x 5
    70kg x 3
    80kg x 1
    85kg x 1
    70kg x 3
    50kg 10 x 3

    Push Ups
    10 x 2

    Squats
    10 x 3 - BW

    Hack Squats
    50kg 6 x 3

    Three Round Supersets
    - 30kg
    Barbell Curl x 8
    Tri Extensions x 8

    I'm happy with this, first time back in ages.

    Next session on Thursday I'm gonna bench, try some lunges, hack squats and pullovers.

    And after my holidays I'm going to bench 3 times a week starting with

    Session 1:
    60kg 10 x 3
    Session 2:
    70kg 5 x 3
    Session 3:
    77kg 3 x 3

    And then I'll add on another 2.5kg every week in hopes of lifting 95kg by the end of August

    Right I was in Germany camping for four nights, and I was in Amsterdam smoking Benson and Hedges either side of that. I'm back now though!

    Heck I've even got a new job in a coffee shop where I live, sweet. I make the best bacon, egg and sausage sandwiches ever there but I still can't make a cup of coffee haha.

    Very lazy day. Weighed 94.5KG this morning. That's a lot of water from a week drinking in Germany and eating loads... hopefully!

    You fat bastard you're almost as heavy as me!! when i weighed myself last about six months ago..since then my stable diet of calf nuts and baileys cheese cake has insured ive filled out nicely..
