Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Everytime i am about to play a match the nerves hit me. And its straight to the toilet with me for an uncomfortable ten minutes.

Anyone know of any reason for this?

Or possibly a way to avoid it.

Its the same as exam diaorrhea.

You are tense and the adrenaline is pumping. Cortisol is flowing.

The bowels get moving and you fart or you get diaorrhea - its a natural stress response - unless it was the guiness+bacon+cabbage you ate the night before.

Just like DrIndy explained, its purely a stress response. Happens me before every hurling match too except i go and empty the bladder and belch alot, every person is different and should not always have the same way of it showing.
