4 DAY WEEK OVER 3 DAY??

My company put us down to a four day week, Now they want us to do the 32hrs over 5 days. EG 8am - 3.30PM each day instead of taking a day off. Do we have to do this or can we hold out and stick with taking one day off?? {They other option they want us to do is work the full week with 1 day unpaid out of loyalty}

What does your employment contract say about working hours? If you are working 5 days instead of 4, you would lose the entitlement to claim part time JSA.
