    Heard on the radio this morning that the above mentioned roads where closed till 11am due to an incident.

    Anybody know any more?

    I heard some speculation a car crashed overnight into a lamp-post and there
    were electricity cables down on the road.

    They were certainly fixing overhead wires there this eve on my way home
