Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey,

I'm looking to invest in wireless headphones, primarily for the xbox (the the gf can study). Due to the use mainly being gaming base, i dont believe the quality needs to be amazing. So i'm looking for advice. one set that seem reasonably priced, with decent quality are SONY MDR-RF840RK Wireless Headset . any opinions and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Just in case anyone is interested, bought the 860 model in Sony centre for 70yoyo. They're priced as 130yoyo in argos. only got them on saturady, but pretty happy with them so far.

    Hi,

I had a Sony RF model a few years back, can't remember which model it was but it would sit on the stand to recharge, hardly ever used it but when I did use it for late night viewing in bed the power would give up after 90minutes approx. not great when your watching a two hour movie!
And yes I got the battery replaced by warranty but I still couldn't get more than 90 odd minutes out of it between charges, Turned me right off wireless headphones, I gave it to my Dad so he could listen to the News in peace!
I have a JVC Surround headphone now with a 5 meter lead, watched 9 hours 12 episodes of 24 one night and boy had I sore ears after wearing it that long
I was thinking of getting a pair of Grado's next

nice one for the advice lads, the sony ones i have now are pretty good i have to say (once i figured out i had to turn the volume of the tv up high, and the volume on the headphones down low so they'd keep powered up). So fingers crossed they'll keep working away. Your right about the sore ears after a long time wearing them though.
