AIB internet banking has changed?

Has there been a change to AIB internet banking? As I have many times before I go to the AIB web page and click 'log in' which usually redirects me to another page where I enter my registration number etc. Instead now it shows this: https://internetbanking.aib.ie/hb1/roi/presign.jsp Which is fine. Is this legitimate?
