Hi all

Ok im not totally sure of the story but the basic story is that my friend has had her atm account broken into and all her cash has been taken. The people that did this must have somehow scanned her card or found out her pin somehow.

Would anyone know how or what rights does she have?

Is her cash insured with the bank? Will she get her money back or is it gone? The bank are currently investigating it and they have alerted the cops.
