Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

just looking for some opinions on how to do this.

in the past i've used an edirol ua-25 hooked up the mixer with decks connected, then wavelab recording the audio.

was wondering if there was a better or easier way to do it, like with those usb turntables?

any opinions on these or ways to convert the vinyl to mp3?

If you have a deck with a good clean fresh stylus and your records are in good nick and you're routing the signal through a pre-amp (your mixer) and that soundcard then a USB turntable is a complete waste of money...

You're best off continuing on as you are... You can get programs like autogain (google it) to batch convert your tunes so they all have the same levels as well once you're done.

Ooh, stanton make special needles for ripping vinyl with too, if you're really bothered...
