    I'm going for a 40-50k ride round 10.00 in the morn. (very handy pace). If anyone's interested let me know and we'll meet up somewhere around the city and head off.

    Im helping out with a new cycling touring club in carrigaline catering for all abilities all welcome as long as your wearing a helmet.fun is the main thing .2 groups 1 for beginners and 2nd more experienced riders.meeting at the roundabout by the church/hotel at 8;30 sunday.
