Kaidomain non refund

Hi,

I ordered an ipod replacement battery from kaidomain.com june 8th and on July 9th i got this

Just a note to let you know that package was returned to us. Please see the attachment for details.

Please issue a payment of $3.00 to sales@kaidomain.com through paypal to cover the second delivery cost. Let me know after the payment is issued.

(I hope i did that right)

As you can see(i hope)they sent a blank envelope which somehow ended up in ireland containing 2 flashlights,whats this got to do with me?I gave them my address and i ordered a battery.So obviously they got the wrong person

Its my first time dealing with them,ive bought hundreds of stuff off dealextreme and not once did i have a problem.

Ive sent them 3 emails and still they dont get back to me

Any ideas

Unless that An Post sticker is covering something, it looks like there isn't any address on the package.

Point this out to them, and ask them to confirm your address.

Ah its a joke like,i know their only asking for $3 but thats not the point,to ignore my emails is the thing thats bothering me most i suppose,serves me right for moving from dealextreme which is a class site
