UPC in Blackrock/Booterstown area massive pings

    Pings are off the chart on what is usually an excellent connection.
    C:\Windows\system32>ping rte.ie -t

    Anyone else having these problems? Pinging the router gives normal ping so problems seem to be UPC's end.

    Ive already reset router and cable modem.
