Transfer contacts from pc to blackberry?

My friend just got a blackberry phone and some numbers for his business are saved on a spreadsheet on his pc, anyone know what the best way would be for him to transfer these numbers to the phone?

Via Outlook is the only way that I know of.

If you can import the spreadsheet data to the contacts on Microsoft Outlook, you can then sync those to Blackberry via the Desktop Manager software.

You say "some numbers". How many?
It might be quicker just to enter them manually if there's not to many.
Blackberry's desktop manager software syncs with Outlook. Once the info is in outlook they go across.
Also you can use google sync to get sync contacts between google and the blackberry but you still have to get them into either google or the blackberry.
