    have seen everthing thats come out in the last year and a ,plus most of the well known stuff
    need a series the kill time any ideas

    I had my doubts, kinda old, giant robots, slightly cartoony animation. But, I was wrong.

    Thats some quality animation right there.

    What have you seen and what do you like?

    Maybe try Claymore, Darker Than Black, 5cm per Second, 12 Kingdoms (only up to ep 45, it got cancelled midway through the next story arc) or Welcome to the NHK.

    only one i have not seen is Welcome to the NHK it is much like Genshiken.

    Thats a statement, not a question. I would also suggest it is incorrect. Welcome to the NHK is great, but has a distinctly different flavour from Genshiken. The main character isn't an anime obsessed Otaku, he's a shut in.

    Ive not seen Genshinken so I can't comment on it, but NHK is damn good. Uncomfortable, weird and hilarious.

    i dunno , i was trying to classify it in on genre ... it has action, comedy, drama and probably many more ... but point taken.
