Print ready brochure help

Hi all,
I want to design a brochure in photoshop so its print ready. The brochure is A4 (3 part fold) but just wondering where to put each part goes where? Front, back, 3 inside parts and inside flap. Or is this too complicated for Photoshop?

Thanks thats great! Looks complicated! Think I will stick to a double sided one.
Whats the standard size. Its thiner than half an A4.

Anyone know?

Lots of double-sided flyers are one-third of an A4 so as to fit in a standard envelope (like compliment slips, etc).

New problem!
I am setting guides in elements and they wont stay there. Any ideas why? When I drag them, once I let go they don't stay. I have it set to visable.
