Redirecting Calls to Mobile

I need to be able redirect calls from my landline to my mobile...what is the best way of doing this? I am using an Eircom Landline?

sometimes you have to ring eircom customer services on 1901 the first time, to activate call management services. thereafter, it will work fine!

Be aware..

Set up fee €0.25c. The caller pays the standard fixed rate,
you pay the additional charge to the terminating number
