I believe EGAR (east Galway animal rescue) who frequents boards has a lovely cocker bitch called Rosebud in her rescue. I don't know if she's up for rehoming yet though, try her website:
    http://www.egar.org/

EGAR is also on Facebook, I have seen from her facebook page she rehomes all over the country too.

    Hi guys,

Have been posting in the animal and pet forum for a while now so some of you might know me already.
Basically I have a lovely eight week old Jack Russell Puppy looking for a wonderful home. I have homed the rest of her litter but the people who took her had a male jack russell and he wasn't getting on with her so they brought her back after two nights!

She's a lovely little thing, was the smallest in the litter, will be very small I'd imagine, both parents are Jacks and she's been wormed and parvod etc.

More than anything I want to find her an INSIDE home with people who will spoil her rotten. She is super playful and will make a wonderful pet. If I could keep her myself I would. I'm falling in love with her!

Please please please, genuine people only. I want her to get the home she deserves. PM if interested.

I have a BEAUTIFUL red cock for homing..
My cuckoo maran sat on some eggs belonging to the hybrid red hens, and one was a male - he is a stunner, going to be a big lad too.
He is all red, and 16 weeks old.
Looking to give him away ASAP as he is trying to square up to the other cockerel.
    We are in Ballina Mayo.

I bought a Syrian hamster from a petshop and shes had 8 babies. All healthy from what I can see. Their coats havent come in yet but I'l post pics when they do.

I got my hamster in a pet shop and as can happen because they are really only there to make money they were kept together for too long and started fighting and breeding. Ive kept hamsters since I was a kid so Im fairly savvy at sexing them and I'll seperate them when they are weened so theres no breeding happening.

If anyone can give the hamsters a new home for the new year PM me.

I'll post up pics where their coats come in.

    James

My friend has an 8 week old Labrador who needs a home as he's moving away. For the moment, the dog is staying with me and we're looking for a new home asap. I can't really keep her as we don't have a backyard/garden in our house. The lab is not vaccinated and neutered yet. Anyone willing to have her?img6992o.jpg

    hi all,

i have a lovely 18 month old cat who unfortunately i need to rehome due to my daughter recently being proven allergic. My daughter has been suffering since we got the cat and the ispca have a 6 week waiting list which i cannot wait for.

The cat has been vaccinated and neutered, he has a ginger coat, very child and people fiendly and he also is tray trained but has been house trained the past 8 months and will go outside when he needs to go.

id love someone or a family to rehome our cat as we cannot go another week with him here and its unfortunate as we all love him, we can deliver the cat to most places within reach and are based around the dublin kildare vacinity.

Hi all, I'm looking for a syrian hamster breeder in the Galway area, this hamster is to be my first and the reason I'm looking for a breeder is because I've heard too many horror stories about poorly tamed and treated and inbred pet shop hamsters. I will be ready for them in early January. If anyone can help me please let me know asap, thank you! :D

    Hey all
Picked up a female dobermann today who needs a new home. We're fostering her at the moment but cant keep her as she doesn't like cats. She's completely housetrained, spayed, about four years old, very quiet and adores kids. All I want for her is a good home. I would keep her, but trying to keep her seperated from the three cats is already difficult enough :(
    Pm me if interested.

Im sure it's just a typo but thought Id say it anyways just in case. Never ever keep syrians together in the same cage, once they mature they will fight to the death. :(

Im no help at all on the breeder question, I have heard of breeders in the uk who properly show and breed hamsters but have never heard of anything similar here.

I have a 4yr old ginger cat that I took from vet, whose owners would not pay for his broken leg. The vet repaired the leg 2+yrs ago and not a bother on him since. My husband though has become increasingly allegric to the cat (chest infections, asthma etc) and it is getting worse.
New home for this v friendly cat - he does nothing but sleep all day! He always has a purr from anyone that strokes him and loves the attention.

I am unable to post pic
Please PM me if interested in providing a good cat with second chance home

Its with a sad heart that I post this

A relative of my bf's recenty passed away, till now we have looked after her old cat (Nellie) but feel that we cannot keep her.

Nellie is a female cat, ca 15-18 years old (neutured), lovely tortoiseshell colour, she has no teeth but otherwise in good health considering her age.

We already have 6 cats ourselves (they are all outdoor cats) but Nellie doesnt quite get along with them as they are all a lot younger than her and also I cannot offer her the indoor home she needs at her age. She was an outdoor cat most of her life but coming her age it is just not fair to keep her outside, a stroll in the sunshine summertime may be all she asks for...

Nellie would need a home where she is the only and only pet and get a loving home for the remainder of her life.

    Thanks

Razz is a 10 month old (born 3rd Feb 10) Patterdale type terrier dog.He is house trained, neutered and has all vaccination to date.He is full of energy and is good with kids, cats and poultry. He is a typical terrier that likes to dig, swim, run, and most of all sleep in his bed in the evening.

Unfortunetly due to new work commitments,we cannot provide the care and attention this lively guy needs.I would like him to go to a home where there is a secure garden where this little guy can be himself.

    PM for more info.

    Thanks for looking

    E

    heya lads

Need a lil advice, i have two staffies, mav 3 and a half years old absolute tank of a dog and rocky 2 year old and half the size of him, got both from the dogs home, rocky was gotten bout 6 months and everything was fine, hes a really calm quiet gentle dog and the older fella mav is plain a simple a spacer, who loves everyone, but with the last few weeks mav has started to get really jealous of the small fella and has attacked him, ending up with rocky gettin stitchs twice.......... now im worried that its goin to end badly for rocky, so have to rehome him as soon as possible..... just wondering if there is any shelters that specialise in rehoming staffs, have rang 2 places in cork, but they wont take him as they havent enough room for another (which is a crying shame to see sooo many of these fantastic and massively understood dogs in shelters) but advertising him on the paper is just outa the question, as im sure i dont need to explain about what type of people will come knocking at the door..... so if anyone knows a shelter with a no kill policy and good with staffs or has a better way to advertise him as free to good him, id love to hear.... hes 2 years old, jet black with white spot on chest, neutured, house broken, great with adults, kids and other dogs, microchipped (which hasnt yet been registered) please please let me know

Try contacting EGAR(east Galway animal rescue), who posts on here, I know its not near you but she probably has contacts and can give you advice about finding a good home.

really as u got Rocky from a dogs home, ur first port of call should be them, as it could be on ur rehoming form that you have to give him back to them as this is what most rescue centre policy is.

    Hi Ladies and Gentlemen,

I'm looking for a pup (preferably), about the size of a terrier, but will consider something larger. It will be my partner's first pet (which is why there is a desire for a pup).
I'm based in the midlands area. I have checked out local shelters, but nothing seems to be fitting the bill so far.
Please PM me if you think you have something that fits the bill

    Thanks :)
