we have 2 adorable cats that need a new home. they are brother and sister - Arthur (black and white) and Lily (tabby). they are just over a year old - fully vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. Also fully litter trained (enclosed litter tray). they are really affectionate little guys and love cuddles and ear rubs!:) also happy to cuddle up with each other - see pic!

Please contact me as soon as possible if you can give these little guys a home. (we also have carriers, litter tray and toys that will go with them!)

Arthur & Lily have found a lovely new home :)

im sorry but i had to post .... she is giving you 3 days to rehome??? and she has him 2 years??? is that a bloody joke??? can take weeks to rehome a dog... she has him 2 years and treats him like this??? I understand she may need him out of the house due to circumstances etc but giving 3 days then the pound... im shocked!!!

if she brings him to the pound he will be givem 5 days ....then DESTROYED!!! im sorry but what an idiot... if she wants to rehome her dog she should call a rescue centre, there are loads in wicklow, they may be able to hlep.... SHE SHOULD NOT SEND THE POOR GUY TO THE POUND... he doenst deserve that!! im amazed that sooo many people can treat dogs as disposable things...

I hope the dog finds a new home.... but it will take longer than 3 days... and if she sends him to the pound... he may not live past 5 days...

OP im shocked at your sisters attitude... im hope she never owns a dog again as she clearly has little or no regard for the animal or animals in question.

cocker5 whilst I agree it's not nice that people give dogs a time limit to remove them from their home - this thread is not a discussion thread, it is to help rehome animals that need it, please don't drag it off-topic

Strays are given 5 days for their owners to find them if they are genuine strays and not dumped. Surrenders get 24 hours, depending on the pound they can be pts immediately. Some of the better pounds will hold on to them as long as they have space but there are no guarantees.

    Hi guys,
I have taken two kittens from someone who couldnt look after them.
There names are Missy and Mischa ( sisters ) I knew I couldnt keep them for long but at least I could give them some love for a few weeks and keep them happy.
There around 7 weeks old very well behaved and litter trained.
Its a sad story behind it but I need to get them a loving home.
I would like if someone could take them both as there best friends now and keep each other company, they have been to the vet when they were born and I have a moving cage and a few other little bits I got for them too.

Hi, I am advertising these on behalf of my auntie who has to move to Australia and is devastated to have to rehome her animals due to the extremely high cost of bringing them with her.

The first two photos are of Kitty. She is a lovely cat, really gentle and is a great hunter.

The other photos are of Samson. He is a beautiful old White German Shepard. He is ten years old and his owner has had him since he was a puppy. An old gentleman who needs someone to look after him for the last few years of his life. He loves playing and is very gentle. He also loves a cuddle by the fire. Sam would be better off going to a home with no other dogs as he can be territorial however he is able to get used to puppys so there is a chance he can be introduced to another dog! Leaving him is breaking his owners heart and she is willing to pay his health insurance for the rest of his days.

Both animals really need forever homes!

Re: Samson, you could contact Gill from Celtic Animal Life Line. They're based in Kildare. Gill specialises in GSDs and is super-fussy about rehoming. :) It won't be easy rehoming an older dog like Samson on your own. He looks fab, hope he lands on his paws. :)

Thanks :) if we have no luck I'll definitely get in touch with her. I know my auntie would be so relieved if we found an amazing home and maybe someone who would let her know how he is now and then!

Hi I'm posting this on behalf of my friend.

This is just what I know of the situation. Max is the dogs name, he's 2/3 years of age. He's a pure breed chocolate labrador, with papers and has been neutered.

The reason he needs to be rehomed is that he has become agressive towards his owners. He has bitten his owner and the she needed to get a stitch as a result. The owners don't feel they are capable of handling the behaviour as they feel it is too much work to take on.

I have spoken to my own dog trainer who has suggested that Max attend behaviour classes and will most likely be fine with some training seeing as he has not been aggressive in any way until very recently. She feels that it is a problem that the owners have not dealt with and could be easily resolved.
Max needs to be rehomed as soon as possible otherwise he will be put down by Friday, which does not appear to be a necessary action. I cannot take him myself as I already have my own dogs otherwise he would already have a new home.

I would appreciate any thoughts from anyone who has been in this situation or anyone who would be willing to take Max.

I've been trying to help with rehoming him the last two days and this is my last hope.

Please pm me if you're interested.

    Pictures of Max.

I have a rabbit that needs a good home. She is a white Lionhead with blue eyes. She is a lovely pet but i can't really keep her anymore. I may also be posting pictures of 2 more rabbits (french lop/rex crosses with silky soft fur and very sweet temperament) from a litter we were surprised with back in December. We're not sure if we can keep them either but for now just the Lionhead in need of a home where she will get the attention she needs.

We take good care of all our rabbits, they are fed and cleaned out regularly, we just have too many to give them all sufficient attention and interaction.

Hello to everyone, I'm posting here on behalf of a very good friend.

As yet I dont have a picture of her but I will post one asap.

Who I am rehoming is my dog Buddy's sister. The guy who has her now is the original breeder.
The breeder(Stephen) took her back from the guy he sold her to as he the buyer wanted to breed her and it was one of the conditions on buying her that he could not breed her.

I do remember as a pup she was stunning looking and although I have not seen her since I'm told by Stephen she looks like her mother now. I have posted a picture of Buddy my pup and her mother together.

If anyone has any questions can the pm me and i'll do my best to get back to you as soon as I get your message. She is currently in Cork.
