    Any news on what time the comp starts at?

    Really looking forward to this, despite the I haven't played a single game of SFIV since the last casuals and probably won't get a chance to between now and Saturday either.

    The double elimination stuff will be, how much of it depends how slow/fast we're making our way through the competition.

    Will be aiming to get there for the SF3 tourny and then for the rest of the day. Just looked up this on Googlemaps and its relatively close to my apartment (40 min walk away from town I reckon) which is handy.

    Nah I'd just get all confused and excited and mix them up.

    I can see my lecturer asking me whats a sonic boom got to do artificial intelligence.

    The sad thing being I could probably give him a good answer...

    i think i done a paper on artificial intelligence back in 4th year for my computer science and software engineering degree, if you wanna have a look at it.
    I did well in it, its not a thesis, more of a research paper for publication.

    Few q's if Kinetic or PPC are lurking about?
      Is there anything stopping us having cash games etc after the official tourney? How many SFIV setups will there be for casuals etc as well as the tourney? Can we bring booze from the bar into the lan area? Is the prize fund of 50% just for SFIV or is there a split along with 3rd strike? What is the air speed velocity of an unladen swallow?

    No. It's up to you guys. You can have some on friday evening as well. We'll be open from about 6.

    No. The prize for the SF3 comp is a €40 voucher from Gamesnash.ie. They're also giving a €60 voucher to the winner of the SF4 competition as well as the cash prize on offer.

    Carlsberg don't do LANs but if they did...It wouldn't a patch on Kinetic^s :D

    Oh I can bring an xbox with Marvel,HDR and Garou on it if needed.
