Full price for a touch up?

I have a small area of my tattoo that needs a touch up, it is part of a blue moon about the size of a 1cent coin that is paler than the rest. I went into the shop that I got it done and they told me that as the tattoo artist that did it is out of the country I will have to pay 80 euro for someone else to touch it up. Is it…

Is it a bad idea to look around to try find somewhere a little cheaper or is that a pointless excercise?

Can you not wait until the artist is back?
Most artists offer touch ups for free if you go back to them.

If it was me Id wait.
