Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I actually have some small measure of respect for cowen for that.

    He essentially threw down the gauntlet and said "Here's how it's gonna work, if you have a better plan, lets fuckin' hear it."

    So far, nothing from the opposition.

    As much as I hate hearing the R word, it's more annoying when people refer to it without using it, like your example or "with things the way they are" or just "you know, the way it is at the moment"

    Taking a new and optimistic slant on things, lets now refer to the economic situation (careful wording) as the 'Pre-Boom'.
