Apartment inspections - is this usual nowadays?

    Hi all - just as the title says - is this normal?

    moved into our new apartment and part of the deal is inspections every 3 months. Is this reasonable? They have said they'd give us notice etc which is fine.

    it's not that I have a problem with it really, it's just a first for me. Any thoughts?

    i dont know it this is usual or not but i think as long as they give you notice and dont just turn and walk into the house then it is reasonable
