Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey all,
Just wondering if you knew anywhere that would have the best prices on filters. I need a 58mm Graduated Neutral Density about 0.6. Any of the repeatable brands Tiffen, B+W, Hoya.
I priced it on Amazon and p&p was $50, crazy!
    Thanks in advance!

My last 77mm Hoya UV was from the bay in Hong Kong.

Personally, if I was going for a GND then I wouldn't go for the circular filters. I'd go for the rectuangular filters, but of course then you need a filter holder and adapter ring for your lens.

I suggest you do a little bit of research before you buy. But eBay is always a good bet. www.warehouseexpress.com have a good inventory but with shipping it may work out to be quite expensive, other than that shop around, call all stores where you live and get quotes.

Thanks, I did look at the square ones & people have told me they are much better but I think they are very big & bulky, No?
    I will look up ebay & W.House.
    Thanks again

In the same boat, wanted to buy an ND filter in Galway yesterday to discover all the camera shops here only sell UV and polariser filters. They recommended going online themselves.

I use this lot. Always fast delivery and they mark the box as gift so no taxes.

They use to be known as hvstar but the name seems to have changed.

Is there a big difference with colour & grey?
