And yes, it does use "high fructose corn syrup" - still tastes damn good.

Bit of a bump, but hopefully will be appreciated: I'm enjoying a can of it now, bought in the off-licence/shop part of Gleeson's pub in Booterstown, Dublin. I knew they'd loads of imported stuff but only noticed this sweet nectar yesterday.

They seemed to have crates of 12 cans or just loose from a fridge. Such a fantastic drink.

I saw some in a sweetshop in shannon town centre last week if that helps. The one near supermacs, they had that and rootbeer in the window.

Just get some vanilla essence. Couple of drops into a regular coke and you got the real deal. Cheaper too.

Bought a can and a bag of Peanut butter M&M's during the good weather and headed down to Spanish Arch to drink it and chill; it wasn't funny the number of people that approached me asking where I got it!

Candy Land seriously owe me commission.....or a free can at least!

Mine wasn't very cold and went warm rather quickly, this stuff tastes pure mank when its not icey cold.

Saw some in the garden centre in Powerscourt last week. The one in Wickla, not the Townhouse off Grafton St. They had a shelf by the door selling some America food products, presumably for all the visiting Yanks.

Vanilla coke can be hard to find here. I believe that they still make coke with lemon but that is like the holy grail. What I really miss is Sprite Remix. It was like drinking gummy bears.

Vanilla coke is now available in Mr. Duffy's Sweet Shop in Limerick... It's €1.75 a can but so worth it!

Its funny this thread should be bumped: I referenced this thread in conversation today when a girl I worked with was drinking a vanilla coke at work. She says she gets them at Bi-Lo for $12 for 4 12-packs - thats $0.25 a can :eek:

Spar in Shanowen (Santry, Dublin) had them a little while back. Might be sold out by now, but they seem to order it in every now and again.
