After those 2 great concerts ... I'm in the mood for some Springsteen + E street band live ... I have Barcelona '03 and New York '01 ... great live DVDs...

I also have the NY CD, and the 1975-85 3CD set ...

any other good live CD's/DVD's ?

or better still any plans to release one from this year or last years tour ...

The RDS gig on the 12th July would be an amazing DVD ...

Bruce Springsteen MTV unplugged on DVD -

There's a cd version too but it isn't as widespread as the DVD. DVD is great I think, it's with the 'other band' but don't let that put you off if you're a hardcore fan. ;)

Bruce Springsteen Live with the Sessions Band -

Haven't seen it. I like the Sessions albums though.

    Bruce Springsteen VH1 storytellers -

Have this, it's good. Just him on his own performing a very small venue. It's nearly all acoustic with a couple of piano songs. Must watch it again actually.

    Live on Air -

This got one (and only) bad review that it was taken off TV appearences, it's not fully endorsed either. At your own risk I suppose.

There isn't much CD's and you seem to have them all, just DVD's.

Looking through it seems that Barcelona and New York seem to be the main ones. Haven't seen either, must get one soon. Still hyped after Saturday's concert. :)

    Hope I've been of assistance.

Not a problem. Happy to help a fan. :)
Haven't heard of the Live in Italy one.

    Both are great!

I've never heard it live. Checked it out on the Live 75' one. Not the greatest, just him singing it without any backup. Same as Thunder Road on that compliation. Was delighted to hear Thunder Road on Saturday last. :D
    this version is great ...

Wow it's brilliant! Intro, outro are great. He always sounds better live!

The link you sent didn't work, here it is for others.

    Question for you.

Which is better, Live in NY or Barcelona? Thinking about getting one soon-ish.

They both are great and have their advantages, but overall NY i think is better cos the sound is superb ...

So i'd get the NY one first !

    That the DVD or CD?
I'd pay the money hands down if 'The River' is on it. Seen on YouTube a dozen or fifty times, can't get enough of it!

There's also this from the early days:

Shot on the Born To Run tour in 1975, so there's a more limited choice of songs in the repetoire! There's a DVD of the show in the 30th anniversary edition of Born To Run, too.
