car audio system questions

    I don't know anything about car audio systems but am interested in getting a car stereo that does the following:
    -FM radio
    -CD player or MP3 only

    Do car stereo mp3 players take SD cards?
    I'm wondering because i don't use a portable mp3 device like an ipod and i've no interest in buying one.
    But i've got some audio books that are too big to fit very well on CD's.
    So it'd be great if i could put them and music on an SD card or USB memory stick and plug that into the car stereo.

    Also, do any places install steroes for free?

    I've had many car stereos and always swear by Pioneer. Here are a few that may suit your needs.

    DEH-P8100BT (Top end)

    DEH-2120UB (Lower end)

    DEH-P4100SD - afaik, the only Pioneer unit that does both USB and SD as well as iPod control and Aux-in.
