Clamped, no signs - any chance i'll see my money again?

    Got clamped out near dublin airport yesterday cause i parked on soil beside a road not blocking a path or anyone and the clampers hadn't any signs up. I pointed this out to the fella taking the clamp off the car and he said i could appeal it and gave me a form to fill out.
    In the same area there is a sign from another clamping company saying if you park in the busines park (which i was outside) it will cost €85 wheras i got charged €90 so this cant possibly be the same company.
    What are the chances of me getting my money back?:(
