Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

actually was going to post on ranting and raving about this.
don't ever try and walk up grafton st in a hurry. zig zagging all over the place!
can't find a constant rhythm. people stopping suddenly for no reason!

    WTF?
if someones walking slower than me i'll walk around them, change gear and accelerate,if necessary using the road,(a favoured ploy of mine) or employing a graceful little shimmy to glide between the obstacle and an oncoming pedestrian.
But if you try to around them you end up walking into a bunch of Spaniards walking in the other direction looking up at the sky wondering why it's not blue. Either that or the fool in front of you that's walking slow will turn to block you I'd swear they do it out of spite.

in that case you apply the 'ali-shuffle' to get out of trouble, followed by the moonwalk, but 2 steps only cause you don't want to look flash.

Exactly! Just slow down and chill out people!

remenber that ad that said turtles live for like 10000 years because they move so slowly?
I'm not sure if that's true but if it is then I expect to live to about 200 with my walking pace

Er.. Has nobody else picked up on this?

Turtles live to about 150 years. 400 is the longest ever recorded, and thats not definite.

10,000 years? Wonder if one could walk around the Earth in that time.

You think you have it bad, try being in a wheelchair behind all those slowcoaches! The only upshot is that if I do any damage to anyone, they invariably apologise to me!

I like to take my time when walking, you know to take in all the sights... the dole office.. the winos...plus its loads of fun waiting for someone to pass you out then passing them out.
