Creative Media Organiser does not recognise player

Hi guys hoping there is a quick solution to this problem, my creative zen microphoto is not recognised by the media source orgaiser anymore. Never had a problem with it until recently. The computer will recognise it, as will windows media player but no joy when it comes to the creative software. Any help or advice greatly…
