Lads if you want to get a free voda uk sim follow this link.

    banner_111.big

Use uk postcode (bt11aa) in the required* postcode field. No need to click "find address"

Might be of use with the no roaming charges this summer.

    Thanks for the heads up,

Ordered one too. Will probably end up just gathering dust but who knows.

Just a thought, what is the deal if we were to use the sim card for data in ireland. Could we get a good rate, in fairness the Irish data packages are pretty rubbish.

It would be £5 for 15mb. Cheapest option per single mb would be a 3uk sim at £1.25 per mb using it anywhere in the eu

I assume these are also freely available if I walk into a Vodafone shop in the UK and ask for one? I'm heading off early on Thursday morning for 3 weeks so I'd be long gone before this arrives, but my first stop is London, so I could get one there if they're free.

i dont think you can enable the passport part to get the free roaming calls online, you have to text passport to 2345 which wont work in the republic! as you have to be on the vodafone uk network..

has anyone here registered one of these sims online on the vodafone uk site? to see priceplan settings etc

I am looking for 2 Free SIM cards to use in France similar to the UK ones. Any Ideas? I just think it will be cheaper than using my 353 087 No.
