If memory serves me well, "Paddy Brown's Road" is on yer right hand side heading out from Waterford City on the Cork Rd where the IDA Industrial Estate is located. Maybe try google maps for a more accurate steer.

You have two choices:

You can turn right at the lights immediately after Waterford Crystal. Continue up the hill and you'll come to a T-junction. That is Browns Rd.

or

You can go straight through the lights at Waterford Crystal. WIT will be on your right and a green-area on your left. Then, you'll see a Suzuki dealer on your left (Farrell Motors). There are more traffic lights just after them. Turn right here, and then right again some 40m later and you are now at the bottom of Browns Rd.
