Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

normal rectangular plates will fit fine.

I think the standard shape plate will fit the rear of the 75 like this:

You can also get different types made up here:

those shaped ones from the UK look silly and are illegal here.

There is a 75 in Co Limerick with one of those plates in white. Its looks weird.

So, I dont know if he got it done locally or not.

I know this company does Rover 75 plates and will probably do them in White. E-mail him.

I saw a 75 last week in Sligo where they had just screwed the standard Irish plate on over the shaped UK yellow plate. It looked bizarre especially as the car was a burgundy colour

Was behind a 75 with one of the shaped IRL ones, but looked like he made it himself as it was full of bubbles, I assume thats because it couldnt be rolled in the standard roller/mangle of the normal rectangular plate.
    It looked terrible

I think the regular rectangular plates look far better than those huge yokes that fill the entire space on the back of the 75.

That plate which covers the entire rear space of a Rover 75 is copying an trend that was popular on another older Rover, the P5/P5B 1959-1973.
