spend hops for mulching

Hi there, Anyone know where I can get bulk load of spent hops for mulching. I had a gardner use in in my garden over 7 years ago and it is only now getting patchy. Looks great. Cant remember the gardner's name though. I live Near enough to dublin/meath.
